The traditional wedding cake is made of tradional fruit cake with alcohol soaked fruit, cake is iced normally square in shape and 3 tiered with pillars separating each tier with a little man and woman on top and some piped icing on cake.

Modern
Modern wedding cakes can be stacked on top of each other or seperate tiers on different heights of cake stands . These cakes can be decorated in chocolate curls or iced with different flavour fillings in tiers . Decoration can be fresh flowers . sugarpaste flowers, celtic designs many to choose from.

Novelty
Novelty wedding cakes can be anything in your imagination, from stacked suitcases with bride & groom sitting on top, to the top table of your wedding ,You may have an idea that means alot to you as a couple or something funny . You can have any combination of filling in these cakes. It is entirely up to you ,and I love a challlenge.
